The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate at USA HomeGoods Store Avon OH to execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store.

This role supports backroom flow, safety, and policy adherence while delivering an excellent customer experience. We require a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing merchandise on the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and stock rotation
• Maintains signage standards and cleanliness
• Partners with management on training needs and priorities
• Promotes safety and compliance with policies and labor laws
• Supports credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction goals
