Job summary

Homesense at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a frontline role focused on receiving, merchandising, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help ensure efficient processing of merchandise, proper tagging and placement, and a clean, organized store that reflects our brand standards. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to train and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
• Experience training others is a plus.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and interact with customers.
• Maintain clean and organized store and monitor backroom areas.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management.
• Support safety, compliance, and loss prevention programs.
• Promote and participate in store programs and customer service initiatives.
