Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient flow of goods.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and store procedures.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
