Job summary

HomeGoods seeks a motivated team member to support receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience and organized store operations. You will mentor Associates, coordinate goods flow from backroom to the sales floor, and uphold signage, cleanliness, and safety standards.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership capacity, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and store presentation.
• Mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate flow of goods from backroom to sales floor and maintain stock organization.
