Job summary

HomeGoods in North Conway, NH is hiring a Merchandise Associate to support receiving, merchandising standards, and customer service. You will help process shipments, stock shelves, and maintain organized backroom while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail experience and some leadership exposure are a plus in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure accurate flow of goods.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise processing.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and signage standards.
• Partner with Management on training needs and safety compliance.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
