Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring an associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, service customers, and keep the store organized. You’ll work with a team to process shipments, tag and stock merchandise, and maintain safe, clean conditions.

Requirements include at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role, ability to lift heavy objects, and availability nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing.
• Maintains a positive customer experience and a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tags, hangs, tickets, and codes merchandise accurately.
• Coordinates with management to ensure priority tasks are completed.
