Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Promote safety and labor policy compliance.
• Support credit and loyalty programs.
