Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates process efficiently
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience; maintain a clean, organized store
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicate with management to maintain flow of goods to sales floor
• Support store policies, safety, and loss prevention efforts
