Job summary

You will work with a team to keep the sales floor stocked, tagged, and organized, while training peers and coordinating with management to optimize daily operations. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Maintain clean, organized store and proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitor productivity and coach team members as needed.
• Assist in back stock organization and replenishment.
• Support store safety, labor laws, and company policies.
