Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Provide excellent customer experience through engagement and store upkeep.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise accurately and maintain backroom organization.
• Support safety and adhere to labor laws and store policies.
