The role includes handling merchandise flow and supporting safety and compliance. Ideal candidates have retail and leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player, able to work with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience in-store and online.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing practices.
• Ensure items are properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of backroom areas.
