Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a team-focused Associate to support receiving and merchandising operations in a fast-paced retail store in Mount Pleasant, TX. You will engage customers, help keep the sales floor stocked, and uphold our merchandising standards.

You will work with a collaborative team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is available; prior retail and leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred
• 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure products are processed efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise accurately.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support store goals and maintain safety, loss prevention, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment as needed.
