Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a team-oriented individual to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing and a superior customer experience. You will work with Associates to organize backstock, tag and place merchandise, and support daily store operations in Dallas.

Responsibilities include training others, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and collaborating with management to meet store goals. Prior retail leadership exposure is valued.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates are processing efficiently.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise and backroom organization.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Promotes and participates in credit and loyalty programs.
