HomeGoods in Memphis is seeking a team-oriented Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a top-notch customer experience. You will work with the team to organize deliveries, replenish stock, and maintain clear signage and pricing while training others.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-changing retail environment, with 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to train others and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Organize truck delivery and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and store policies across backroom areas.
