Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains store standards.
• Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes merchandising processing.
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with on-duty coordinator to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Ensures tasks are completed per store plan and priorities are set.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed.
• Organizes back stock for replenishment and maintains signage standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for backroom area.
• Complies with recycling and hazardous waste programs where applicable.
• Communicates priorities and progress to management; accepts feedback.
• Partners with management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and participates in shrink reduction goals.
• Supports safety and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
