The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods Fairfax location is hiring to support daily operations, merchandising, and guest services. You will contribute to an organized store, assist with merchandise processing, and mentor team members to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Experience leading or training others is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards on the floor and in backroom.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engaging interactions.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, stocking, and backroom organization.
• Communicate with coordinators to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
