Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to respond to changes quickly and work with supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards efficiently.
• Ensure Associates deliver excellent customer service.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Communicate with management about priorities and progress.
• Support store shrink reduction and safety goals.
