Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods Montgomery Twp, PA is seeking a Receiving/Merchandising Associate. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and delivering an excellent customer experience on the sales floor.

You will train Associates, stock and tag merchandise, and maintain backroom organization while supporting leadership in productivity and safety goals. Flexible schedule including nights/weekends; retail and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensures adherence to safety and labor policies.
• Promotes and supports store shrink reduction goals.
