Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods store in Broomall, PA is hiring a Merchandise Receiving and Store Operations Associate.

You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an excellent customer experience as part of a collaborative team. Key duties include organizing back stock, tagging and stocking merchandise, training associates, and supporting store priorities while upholding safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and good customer service.
• Organize back stock, tag, hang, and code merchandise for the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and store procedures.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods and adherence to labor policies.
• Support store priorities and participate in safety and compliance initiatives.
