Aquent Talent is partnering with a national retailer to execute merchandising projects from planning to field deployment in the Atlanta area. The Project Analyst will coordinate data, logistics, and scheduling to ensure timely, accurate on-site implementation across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes high-volume task management, data validation, and collaboration with field teams to maximize efficiency and improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience or equivalent discipline.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate information from field partners to support project development and ensure data integrity.
• Review and validate project readiness, ensuring milestones and requirements are met.
• Review and interpret technical planograms to facilitate accurate execution at field level.
• Coordinate labor scheduling, outbound shipping, and direct-to-site orders for materials and personnel.
• Provide scheduling and reporting support to field partners and resolve ad hoc execution issues.
• Track progress and analyze results, delivering data for project reporting.
