Job summary

Aquent partners with a leading national retailer to drive innovation in merchandising and store operations. The Project Analyst will orchestrate logistics, validate data, and support field partners to ensure on-time, accurate execution of initiatives across numerous locations.

You will bridge planning and implementation, manage high-volume tasks, review planograms, track progress, and contribute to post-implementation reporting, enabling efficient project rollouts and a superior customer

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation of critical merchandising projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be the “behind-the-scenes” orchestrator, directly impacting project success from development to execution. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating essential logistics, validating data, and supporting field partners, ensuring that every project comes to life flawlessly.

In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between project planning and real-world implementation. You will manage high-volume tasks and complex data, making sure all operational elements are perfectly aligned for project rollout. Your contributions will directly enable the successful launch of merchandising initiatives, driving efficiency and enhancing the customer journey across numerous locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate information from field partners to support project development and ensure data integrity.
• Review and validate project readiness, ensuring all milestones and requirements are met.
• Review and interpret technical planograms to facilitate accurate execution at the field level.
• Coordinate labor scheduling, outbound shipping, and direct-to-site orders to ensure materials and personnel are in place.
• Provide essential support to field partners with scheduling, technical reporting, and resolving ad hoc execution issues.
• Track progress and analyze results, providing the raw data and post-implementation outcomes used for project reporting.
• Ensure all project documentation, database entries, and access controls are up-to-date and accurate.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. These tools are critical for effective planning, tracking, and reporting of project activities, and candidates must be able to utilize them efficiently.
