Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Foundational knowledge of business/retail planning concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue benchmarks aligned with growth and profitability objectives.
• Analyze performance to inform assortment, inventory, and replenishment strategies.
• Support ongoing reporting, including hindsight analysis and projections.
• Assist in inventory health management and lifecycle decisions.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning to support assortment planning.
