• Lead truck execution, orderly merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Execute planogram sets and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction, and stock movement.
• Assist with price changes and promotional signage compliance.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
