We bring the LEGO brand to life wherever shoppers discover and purchase our products. It’s a largely virtual team with regular working rhythms, frequent communication, and opportunities to share ideas and celebrate progress. You’ll work with curiosity, take initiative, and help colleagues solve challenges together, even when the path isn’t fully defined.**What success looks like**After one year, you’ll have built trusted relationships and helped deliver operational and financial performance against plan. You’ll support the team as it explores new technologies, improves retail execution, and expands its capabilities. Your closest partners will include the Director of Merchandising, Field Merchandising Managers, the Merchandising Coordinator, Finance, Retail Execution colleagues, and Key Account Managers. **Additional Notes** There is no relocation budget for this role.#LI-LW2 #LI-Hybrid**Compensation**The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
