As our Merchandising Operations Manager, you'll help the US Merchandising organization operate effectively and deliver strong business results. You'll lead financial and operational planning, performance reporting, and process improvement. By developing practical tools and frameworks, you'll bring greater clarity to priorities, resources, and investment decisions across the LEGO brand’s retail presence.
Establish a strong operational and financial foundation for US Merchandising. Turn performance data into recommendations that guide planning and investment. Improve tools, processes, and working rhythms across the organization. Strengthen visibility and accountability around priorities, resources, and results. Identify opportunities to simplify and scale how the team operates. Create strategic plans that support future growth and stronger retail execution. You’ll join Markets and Channels within the US Channels team. We bring the LEGO brand to life wherever shoppers discover and purchase our products. It’s a largely virtual team with regular working rhythms, frequent communication, and opportunities to share ideas and celebrate progress. You’ll work with curiosity, take initiative, and help colleagues solve challenges together, even when the path isn’t fully defined.
After one year, you’ll have built trusted relationships and helped deliver operational and financial performance against plan. You’ll support the team as it explores new technologies, improves retail execution, and expands its capabilities. Your closest partners will include the Director of Merchandising, Field Merchandising Managers, the Merchandising Coordinator, Finance, Retail Execution colleagues, and Key Account Managers.
There is no relocation budget for this role. Your workplace – When you join the team you’ll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office. The hiring team will discuss the policy and role eligibility with you during the recruitment process.
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
