Job Description
Just imagine turning complex data into clear decisions that shape how LEGO® products show up for shoppers across the US. Then make it real.
As our Merchandising Operations Manager, you'll help the US Merchandising organization operate effectively and deliver strong business results. You'll lead financial and operational planning, performance reporting, and process improvement. By developing practical tools and frameworks, you'll bring greater clarity to priorities, resources, and investment decisions across the LEGO brand’s retail presence.
If you've worked in a role where you improved business operations, influenced investment decisions, and used data to guide action, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is thoughtful problem-solving, clear communication, collaboration, and taking ownership from idea to outcome.
You’ll join Markets and Channels within the US Channels team. We bring the LEGO brand to life wherever shoppers discover and purchase our products. It’s a largely virtual team with regular working rhythms, frequent communication, and opportunities to share ideas and celebrate progress. You’ll work with curiosity, take initiative, and help colleagues solve challenges together, even when the path isn’t fully defined.
After one year, you’ll have built trusted relationships and helped deliver operational and financial performance against plan. You’ll support the team as it explores new technologies, improves retail execution, and expands its capabilities. Your closest partners will include the Director of Merchandising, Field Merchandising Managers, the Merchandising Coordinator, Finance, Retail Execution colleagues, and Key Account Managers.
There is no relocation budget for this role.
