Rooms To Go is seeking a Retail Office Assistant to join the offices of our retail stores. You will support sales staff, customers, and management, handling payments, processing finance applications, and answering delivery queries.

Responsibilities include assisting with customer care, answering phones, and performing other office duties. This role requires at least a high school diploma and strong communication skills; experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Over one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation.
• Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support sales associates, customers, and store management.
• Process payments and finance applications; answer delivery questions.
• Assist with customer care responsibilities; answer phones.
• Perform various other office duties as assigned.
