• Ensure in-store presentation and visual standards are met.
• Lead workload planning and staffing alignment with store needs.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory control, backroom organization, and shrink reduction.
• Provide MOD coverage and uphold service standards.
• Train and coach team members in assigned departments.
