Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to ally with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering best-in-class Brand Visual Standards on the store floor. You’ll lead floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the guest experience guest-ready.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, and uphold AEO standards while fostering teamwork and recognizing achievements. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorsets and merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals.
• Oversee replenishment and stockroom organization to keep floors guest-ready.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to maintain AE Brand Standards across the store.
• Promote a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reduction practices are followed.
