Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Minnesota is seeking a full-time role on the 1st shift (Sunday - Wednesday) with a salary range of $64,896 - $81,120 plus a target bonus. The position emphasizes collaboration with sales and delivery teams, training merchandisers, and ensuring system-wide policy compliance across routes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or substantial experience with a GED) and can lift up to 175 pounds for keg handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of supervisory experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned
