Dollar Tree is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and focusing on merchandising and processing freight. You will assist with daily store operations, open/close procedures, stock and stockroom upkeep, and ensure the sales floor remains inviting and compliant with safety guidelines.

The role requires prior retail and management experience, strong communication, physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and a collaborative, high-energy approach

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle physical demands of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and restock as needed.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
