Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandiser Lead for Davenport, IA and the Greater Quad Cities area. The role involves covering multiple routes, merchandising shelves and displays, and coordinating with Sales Representatives to ensure top customer service across assigned stores.

Shifts start at 5:00am and may require weekends, with overtime as needed. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and mileage reimbursement as part of comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, including resolving customer issues and communicating with store managers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule with Sales Representatives/Managers.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales/merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Follow the 4-week training schedule for merchandising team.
