Job summary

Sam's Club in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring for a member service associate who will acknowledge members, identify needs, guide them on self-service tech, and assist with purchases. You’ll also help supervise store associates, train team members, and reinforce company policies to resolve issues promptly.

You will receive and stock merchandise, maintain floor presentation, and ensure safety and compliance by performing safety checks, proper forklift procedures, and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs.
• Assist with supervision, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain safety and compliance through safety checks and proper procedures.
