Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs, guiding them regarding self-service technology and purchasable products.
• Assist management with supervising associates in area, assign duties, train on processes, and support ethical guidelines.
• Receive and stock supplies and merchandise, organize sales floor, and ensure product displays are clean, labeled, and properly priced.
• Monitor product quality, rotate stock, and assist with club pick up orders to meet customer needs.
