Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of products.
• Fulfills Member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, and ensuring the accuracy of orders.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
