Qualifications

• Trains new and existing merchandisers in standard merchandising activities and procedures.
• Ability to provide onboarding and retraining programs as needed.
• Leads capability-building sessions and provides performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Trains new and existing merchandisers in standard merchandising activities and procedures.
• Serves as the point of contact for Merchandising Supervisor on their days off.
• Monitors daily merchandising activities in Pace using an iPad.
• Conducts weekly audits in stores and weekly check-ins with merchandisers.
• Covers open merchandiser routes and fulfills daily activities completed by a merchandiser.
