Job summary

Sam's Club in Riverdale, UT is hiring for a full-time associate to deliver member service, assist with purchases, and maintain shelves and displays. You’ll greet members, identify needs, guide them to self-service tech, and help with decisions while upholding store policies.

As part of a team, you’ll stock merchandise, manage safety, participate in recruiting and coaching, and support open-door ethics while meeting daily targets and delivering exceptional service to our members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs while guiding purchases and promoting products.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and giving feedback.
• Stock and organize merchandise, set up displays, and process returns according to policy.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; conduct safety sweeps and report hazards.
• Support Open Door Policy and company ethics; help with recruiting and coaching.
• Lead or participate in teams to meet business needs and drive quality work.
