Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding purchases.
• Assist with supervising and coaching associates, including recruitment and scheduling.
• Maintain sales floor, stock, signage and product displays; ensure merchandising standards.
• Ensure safety and compliance, conduct safety sweeps and report hazards.
• Handle returns, claims and support open-door policy in daily operations.
