Job summary

Walmart in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly member service by identifying needs, guiding customers through self-service tools, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues in line with company guidelines.

You will help supervise associates, train staff, maintain safety, stock displays, handle returns, and ensure pricing accuracy while upholding Walmart’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding and supporting self-service technology; assisting with purchases and locating merchandise.
• Assists management with supervision of associates, assigns duties, trains on processes, and coaches on service approaches to resolve issues per guidelines.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains sales floor, and completes documentation according to policies.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Monitors product rotation, presentation, pricing, and returns; oversees club pickup and merchandising across departments.
