Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Arvada, CO is seeking a frontline supervisor to deliver exceptional member service and guide a team in a dynamic retail setting. You will help customers with product questions, manage stock, and uphold store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team or supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assists management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, training, and guiding on service approaches.
• Maintains safety and merchandise presentation on the sales floor, stocks, prices, and handles claims and returns according to policies.
• Drives process improvements, ensures compliance with policies, and supports a culture of integrity and belonging.
