Job summary

Walmart's Arvada location is seeking team members to support Membership services, promote benefits, and process memberships and related transactions. You will assist Members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and ensure invoices are accurate while maintaining safety standards and brand guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Walmart values, with opportunities to contribute to safety, efficiency, and member satisfaction across daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Fulfills Fax N Pull and Click N Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, packing, and securing items until Members arrive.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
