Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding and supporting them with self‑service technology and product decisions.
• Supervises associates, assigns duties, communicates goals, provides feedback, trains on processes and customer service techniques.
• Maintains safety and presentation of the sales floor, stocks supplies, organizes merchandise, and handles claims and returns per policy.
• Drives teamwork, ethics, and integrity while delivering excellent service to Walmart customers.
