Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding them on self-service technology; assisting with purchases and locating merchandise; resolving issues and promoting products.
• Assists management with supervising associates by assigning duties, giving feedback, training, and guiding service approaches for issue resolution per policy; supports recruiting and scheduling.
• Receives and stocks supplies from distribution centers and vendors; maintains sales floor with merchandising and required documentation.
• Maintains facility safety by performing safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Ensures merchandise presentation per policy by zoning, stocking, pricing, displaying, removing damaged goods, and addressing shrink.
• Monitors product quality and recalls; ensures proper rotation, dating, sanitation, and cleanliness across departments.
• Leads and participates in teams, coordinating work, sharing resources, and guiding others through changes and challenges.
• Oversees club pick up order picking and staging, ensuring compliance with policy and proper sequencing.
• Develops and communicates processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers; analyzes data to find improvements.
• Demonstrates compliance with policies and ethics by explaining and modeling company standards.
