Job summary

Sam’s Club in Mansfield, TX is seeking a full-time team member to provide member services, assist with purchasing decisions, and maintain merchandising standards. This role supports management in supervising associates, stocking, and ensuring safety and policy compliance on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include handling returns, processing claims, and aiding in the coordination of pick-up orders while contributing to a positive member experience and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Stock and merchandise the sales floor and maintain displays.
• Ensure safety and compliance, manage claims and returns.
• Assist management with supervising associates and scheduling.
• Lead and participate in teams to meet business goals.
• Oversee club pick up orders and support Open Door Policy compliance.
