Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, and ensuring customer service standards are met. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.

Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, maintains safety standards, and ensures merchandise presentation aligns with company policies. Oversees order picking, staging, and ensures product quality and sanitation standards are met.

Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Promotes compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity, and leads team activities to meet business objectives.

Supports a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence by fostering a positive work environment, mentoring team members, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
