Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, offering guidance on self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

What you'll do

Assists management in supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training, and guiding team members to ensure excellent member service and compliance with company policies. Manages supplies, merchandise, and maintains the sales floor, ensuring safety, presentation, and quality standards are met. Oversees order picking, staging, and process improvements through collaboration and analysis. Promotes compliance with policies and ethical standards, leading by example and supporting a culture of integrity and respect. Focuses on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and adapting to change, fostering a team environment of trust and development.

Minimum Qualifications
