Supports management in supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, ensuring compliance, and participating in recruiting and performance evaluations.
Responsible for stocking supplies, organizing the sales floor, maintaining safety standards, managing merchandise presentation, overseeing order staging, developing processes, ensuring compliance with policies, leading team efforts, and fostering a respectful and ethical workplace environment.
Promotes company values, supports ethical standards, and ensures customer and member satisfaction. Demonstrates leadership, teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Wage range: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
Must be 18 or older, with 6 months retail and customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workloads.
