Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Assists management with supervising associates, including assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.

Manages inventory and merchandise, maintains safety standards, and ensures proper presentation of the sales floor. Oversees order picking, staging, and merchandise quality, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.

Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with team members, and promotes compliance with company standards. Leads team activities, shares resources, and supports change management.

Supports a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence, fostering a positive environment for staff and customers. Demonstrates leadership in service delivery, operational standards, and ethical practices.

Minimum Qualifications
