Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, providing guidance on member service, ensuring policy compliance, participating in recruiting and performance evaluations.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor using equipment, merchandising, and documentation according to company policies.
Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and correcting unsafe conditions.
Ensures merchandise presentation aligns with policies, including handling claims, zoning, stocking, displaying, removing damaged goods, and securing fragile items.
Monitors product quality through rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis.
Supports compliance with policies and ethics by guiding and demonstrating application, and addressing issues.
Leads and participates in teams, sharing resources, coordinating tasks, and supporting change adaptation.
Oversees club pick-up order staging, ensuring adherence to policies.

The hourly wage range is $22.00 to $30.00, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional premiums may apply based on specific circumstances.
Must be 18 years or older. At least 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workloads.
