Walmart is seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional member service, assist in management tasks, and ensure quality merchandise presentation. This role includes promoting a respectful workplace and supporting team performance while adhering to company policies. Candidates must have prior retail and customer service experience.
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, providing guidance on member service techniques, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes documentation following company procedures. Maintains facility safety, conducts safety sweeps, handles hazardous materials, and reports unsafe conditions.
Ensures merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, zones, stocks, and organizes products, and manages product displays. Oversees food and merchandise quality, including rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation.
Oversees order staging, develops and implements processes to meet business needs, and ensures compliance with policies and standards of ethics and integrity. Leads and participates in teams, supports change, and promotes a respectful workplace.
Demonstrates integrity, acts ethically, and supports Walmart's culture and sustainability goals. Focuses on customer service, making decisions based on reliable information, and continuously seeks improvements and new skills.

Must be 18 or older, with at least 6 months of retail and customer service experience.
Leadership experience, including team management, hiring, mentoring, and workload management.
